Role of Our Franchisees

As a AIISD franchisee, you play a vital role in delivering quality education and upholding our brand standards. Your success is our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enrolling the students for the Available courses in the Training Center.
  • Providing appropriate training to all students.
  • Keep record of all students enrolled in your Institution
  • Training Center must prepare the students before appearing for the Final Examination (Online).
  • Training Center must provide support and assistance to the students after completion of the course.
  • Training Center is responsible for any activity made during the examination.

Best practices to ensure the smooth operation and growth of your AIISD center.

Operational Excellence

  • Register only genuine students.
  • Online Students registration must be done on the same day of registration. (Mandatory)
  • Maintain Students Register regularly (i.e. Date of Adm, Course Completion date, certificate details, etc.)
  • Fill the correct students details at the time of Students Admission / Exam Registration.
  • Upload supporting Documents of the students. (before appearing for final Exam)
  • Training Center must take Class test, subject completion test in regular basis.
  • Ensure that Students must complete their course before appearing for the Final Exam.
  • Ensure that the registered & trained students should appear for the Final Exam.
  • Training Center should maintain the general rules & regulations of the AIISD.
  • Examination of Students must be done in front of Training Center Head / In charge.

Marketing & Growth

  • Do actively participate in local promotional activities and events.
  • Do utilize marketing materials provided by AIISD effectively.
  • Do build strong relationships with local schools, colleges, and businesses.
  • Do focus on student satisfaction to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Do stay updated with local market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Franchisee Don'ts

Practices to avoid to maintain the integrity and standards of the AIISD brand.

Operational Missteps

  • Don’t register any fake students or students from other Institutes.
  • Don’t upload any fake documents at the time of Registration.
  • Don’t register Students details only in Offline mode.
  • Students are not allowed to take exam without completion of course.
  • Training Center strictly not to help the students at the time of Examination.
  • Don’t allow proxy candidate to attempt any Examination.

Brand & Ethical Concerns

  • Don't engage in any activity that could tarnish the brand reputation of AIISD.
  • Don't issue unauthorized certificates or make unapproved modifications to official documents.
  • Don't overcharge students beyond the fee structure prescribed by AIISD.
  • Don't use the AIISD brand for any unapproved business activities.
  • Don't compromise on the quality of training or student support services.
