Welcome to All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD) franchise program. By applying to become a franchisee, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Process:
All information provided in the application form must be accurate and truthful. All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD) reserves the right to verify all details and reject applications that contain false or misleading information.
2. 15 Days Trial Period:
All Self Registered Training Centers will get 15 days Trial Period for Exploring our Training Centers dashboard and its Automated Features (Excluding Issue of Certifications), after that if Training Centers want to continue with our featured service then he/she can Apply for FInal Franchise Agreement.
3. Franchise Agreement:
Upon approval, a formal franchise agreement will be executed. This agreement will outline all terms, conditions, fees, royalties, operational guidelines, and responsibilities of both parties. Franchisees must strictly adhere to this agreement.
4. Brand Standards:
Franchisees are required to maintain the brand standards, quality of education, and infrastructure as prescribed by All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD). This includes using approved curriculum, marketing materials, and maintaining the center's appearance.
5. Training & Support:
All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD) will provide initial training for the franchisee and key staff. Ongoing support in academics, operations, and marketing will be provided as per the franchise agreement.
6. Financial Obligations:
Franchisees are responsible for all financial investments related to setting up and running the center, including franchise fees, royalties, operational costs, and staff salaries. Timely payment of all dues to All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD) is mandatory.
7. Confidentiality:
All proprietary information, including curriculum, operational manuals, and business strategies shared by All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD), must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.
8. Compliance:
Franchisees must comply with all local, state, and national laws and regulations applicable to running an educational training center.
9. Termination:
All India Institute Of Skill Development (AIISD) reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement in case of non-compliance with the terms, unethical practices, or any action that harms the brand's reputation. Specific termination clauses will be detailed in the franchise agreement.
